Client Support Representative What You’ll Be Doing Develop and maintain detailed internal customer profiles in CargoWise, ensuring all departments have accurate and comprehensive customer information. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers, assisting them in selecting the most appropriate freight and logistics solutions, including preparing quotations as required. Coordinate shipment bookings and validate ocean/air freight from origin to destination, ensuring timely updates and tracking information are communicated to customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering exceptional customer service and managing special requests to build strong client relationships. Manage daily communications related to assigned accounts, directing customer concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary to ensure swift resolution. Send new shipment bookings to customers. Validate and confirm all ocean/air shipment bookings from origin to destination, ensuring customer satisfaction. Trace empty containers and ensure their timely return or apply per diem billing when necessary. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance. Who You Are You have a bachelor’s degree in international business or equivalent experience. Around one year of experience in an administrative/clerical type role. You possess knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Your strengths are prioritizing, working in a fast‑paced environment, you’re customer‑oriented and have a good sense of urgency. Advanced English level is a must.
