A leading manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Materials and Logistics Manager to oversee Production Control, Materials Planning, and Logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels, on-time customer delivery, and efficient production flow while driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer demand and plant capacity. Oversee material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Manage inventory levels, accuracy, and control processes to minimize excess and shortages. Lead logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and transportation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Sales to ensure seamless material flow. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery, inventory turns, and production adherence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs, efficiency, and service levels. Lead, coach, and develop the materials team. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5–8+ years of experience in production control, material planning, and logistics within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience managing and developing teams. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems. Advanced English proficiency. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
