You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate product needs into effective automation strategies, strengthen test coverage across systems and APIs, and contribute to reliable and inclusive software delivery.The role values collaboration, continuous improvement, and thoughtful automation practices that support both technical excellence and user needs.**Responsibilities:*** Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using tools such as Webdriver.io or Playwright.* Collaborate with product and technology partners to translate requirements into effective and maintainable automated test strategies.* Review product features to support alignment between business requirements and automated test coverage.* Build, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks with a focus on reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.* Develop and execute automated tests for RESTful APIs, supporting validation of functionality, authentication, data integrity, and performance.* Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, BrowserStack), including parallel execution, reporting, and artifact management.* Perform accessibility testing aligned with WCAG guidelines using tools such as aXe, Pa11y, or WAVE, supported by manual validation practices where appropriate.* Collaborate in Agile delivery environments, support defect tracking, and contribute to clear documentation that enables high-quality releases.* Share knowledge, document approaches, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and frameworks.**Requirements:**We recognize that skills and experience can be gained through different paths, and we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.* Demonstrated experience designing, building, or maintaining test automation solutions using JavaScript, Python, and/or TypeScript.* Experience working with browser automation tools such as Webdriver.io or Playwright.* Experience designing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks (for example, Page Object Model or modular frameworks).* Experience translating product or business requirements into effective automated test coverage.* Practical experience with RESTful API testing, including areas such as authentication, error handling, and performance validation.* Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or BrowserStack.* Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly through documentation and shared tools.* Interest or experience in accessibility testing aligned with WCAG standards is strongly valued.**Technical Skills:*** Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript, with hands-on experience in test automation.* Experience using Webdriver.io, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.* Understanding of scalable test architecture and automation best practices.* Experience with RESTful API testing approaches and tools.* Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, automated reporting, and test execution pipelines.* Experience conducting accessibility testing using tools such as aXe, Pa11y, WAVE, or similar, including manual validation techniques.* Understanding of quality assurance practices across the software development life cycle.**Work in a way that works for you:**We promote a healthy work-life balance across the organisation and support flexible ways of working.
