Overview Supplier Execution Lead – responsible for driving end-to-end execution of supply continuity for electronic and electrical components across multiple global sites. Responsibilities Lead supplier issue resolution and escalation leadership for critical electronics supplier disruptions. Coordinate cross‑functional war room efforts to resolve shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery issues. Develop and execute supplier recovery plans (capacity, expedites, alternate sourcing, air freight, etc.) to prevent line‑down risks. Monitor on‑time delivery performance and proactively manage expediting of critical materials and past‑due orders. Support execution for key electronic commodities (PCBAs, semiconductors, passives, connectors) and manage allocation, EOL situations, and constrained market conditions. Collaborate with Sustaining, NPD Procurement, and Engineering teams on product updates or cost‑out projects for smooth supply chain implementation. Establish and reinforce standard execution processes, including escalation pathways, supplier communication protocols and portal usage. Drive consistency across sites, monitor key KPIs (OTD, past‑due orders, shortage resolution %, PO cycle time) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Partner with Supplier Performance Management to improve PPM and overall supplier performance, and support implementation of VMI, Kanban, safety stock, and 3PL programs. Report performance results and improvement initiatives to leadership and ensure data integrity across procurement transactions (pricing, terms, vendor master data). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or related function with experience working with electronic/electrical components. Strong problem‑solving skills with a results‑driven mindset and proven ability to own issues end to end and drive closure. Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills; strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on facts; proficient in Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools. Bilingual – English & Spanish. Preferred: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business; experience sourcing or managing electronic commodities (PCB, semiconductors, passives, connectors); experience with EMS providers; global supply chain experience; supplier escalation or crisis resolution experience; knowledge of HVACR industry; Oracle or similar ERP; technical ability to read drawings/blueprints; familiarity with DDSC/Perfect Execution methodologies.
