Role Description This is a full-time remote position for an Amazon PPC Manager. The Amazon PPC Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Amazon. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, implementing strategies to maximize ROI, conducting A/B testing for ads, keyword research, and developing detailed performance reports. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to align ads with brand strategies and meet client goals. Qualifications Must be fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns within Seller Central Proven experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (including Video), and Sponsored Display Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and CPC Ability to optimize campaigns through keyword harvesting, negative targeting, bid adjustments, and budget allocation Experience in structuring and scaling campaigns across different stages (launch, ranking, growth, and defense) Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make strategic decisions based on insights Strong proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, and bulk operations) Experience using tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is a plus Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain organized campaign structures Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear and actionable performance reports Understanding of how listing quality (images, copy, pricing) impacts PPC performance Preferred Qualifications Experience working with beauty, wellness, or direct sales (MLM) brands Familiarity with DSP Experience launching new products and scaling them through PPC Knowledge of external traffic strategies (TikTok Shop, influencers, Amazon Attribution)
