Analyze budget versus actual for each department. Prepare quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, weekly flash reports (financial and managerial), weekly projections, account analysis, and month‑end closing provisions. Review and analyze manning and overtime projections versus actual. Supervise inventory audits. Control OIPs and calculate savings. Review month‑end closure reports and plant management reports. Report labor and chemical costs. Monitor the SOX Champion for certification compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar finance controller role. Experience managing cost volumes, forecasts, and projections. Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
