Territory Sales Executive We are looking for a Territory Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and accelerate growth in Guadalajara. This role will expand Clara's regional presence by developing and executing a strategic sales plan focused on impact and scalability. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing high‑impact deals, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Guadalajara territory. Manage the full sales cycle: identify prospects, qualify leads, present solutions, and close deals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to replicate proven playbooks and drive territory success. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools such as HubSpot. Replicate proven sales best practices and ensure consistent execution across the territory. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales and prospecting. Proven experience in the financial, banking, or insurance industry. Experience managing pipelines and forecasts using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot. Strong proficiency in cold calling, emailing, social selling, and networking. Working proficiency in Spanish and English. Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college. Deep understanding of pipeline management and BANT qualification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales approach. Familiarity with Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools. Nice to Have Experience replicating sales best practices across regions or teams. Background working with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Legal, Product, and Finance. Familiarity with Salesloft or Scrabin. Basic proficiency in Portuguese or desire to learn.
