Job Description The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that processes, products, and systems comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable quality regulations. This role supports the production floor by identifying quality issues, driving root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring robust process control. The Customer Quality Engineer participates in audits, manages documentation, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to maintain and improve quality performance. Additionally, they lead quality planning during new product launches and ensure compliance with customer‑specific requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience in quality/customer‑facing roles) Strong customer‑facing communication skills Ability to lead customer meetings, calls, and audits professionally Skilled in explaining technical issues clearly to customers and internal teams Strong written communication for reports, 8Ds, and formal responses #J-18808-Ljbffr
