Our key product is an AI‑powered chatbot on WhatsApp that enables users to send money home as easily as sending a text. About The Role This role exists to translate Félix’s top priorities and knowledge into disciplined execution. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be the connective tissue of the company, bridging high‑level strategy with day‑to‑day operations. You are more than a coordinator—you are an operator responsible for maintaining smooth information flow and ensuring every team member has the tools and clarity needed to thrive. What You’ll Own Internal Comms Cadence – design and lead our internal communication systems, including newsletters, rituals, knowledge base platforms, and announcements, ensuring they are consistent, useful, and high‑impact. Knowledge & Tooling Infrastructure – maintain and evolve how we work. You’ll own our Slack structure, Notion organization, and team ownership documentation to eliminate friction in locating information. Operational Rituals – organize and relentlessly improve our weekly rituals (All‑hands, continuous learning sessions) so they remain effective in surfacing priorities, blockers, and progress. Executive Synthesis – act as the bridge between the Founders/Chief of Staff and the rest of the company, distilling complex strategic updates into clear, actionable messaging. What Success Looks Like (The First 6 Months) Month 3 – Internal comms cadence is structured and owned end‑to‑end; Slack and Notion environments are audited and optimized for maximum clarity. Month 6 – Weekly rituals receive an average rating above 4.5/5.0 in team pulse surveys; newsletter open rates trend upward with qualitative feedback confirming high usefulness. Ongoing – Identify at least three major execution gaps where information was previously lost and implement permanent process fixes. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, operations, or a fast‑paced journalism/PR environment. Structured thinking – ability to transform large volumes of information into a clear, logical framework. High proficiency with Slack, Notion, and project‑management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, or Jira. Exceptional written and oral communication in both Spanish and English (non‑negotiable). Ability to lead without formal authority and influence across technical and executive audiences. Equivalent competencies in any listed area are also considered.
