Job Details Position: Per Diem / On Call Instructional Para Sub at San Gabriel USD for the 24-25 school year. Location: In-person in Monrovia, Duarte, Temple City, Alhambra, San Gabriel. Hours: 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday, per diem/on call schedule. Compensation: $21.00 per hour with weekly paychecks. Benefits: PTO and sick time, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401K with employer matching, direct deposit, commuter benefits up to $315/month, single point of contact. Responsibilities Provide behavioral and educational support in 1:1 or general classroom settings. Assist students to stay on task and work toward behavioral goals. Communicate calmly, clearly, and concisely with children and adults. Stand, walk, and sit for long periods; bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Assist with toileting when necessary. Support teachers as needed across various classrooms. Qualifications Associate’s degree or at least 48 semester units completed. Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
