We are seeking a hands‑on engineer responsible for end-to-end validation of battery systems , including cell testing, module/system‑level validation, and HIL-based simulation . The role requires strong expertise in electrical, software, and environmental testing of battery systems. Key Responsibilities Perform validation and verification of BMS systems at cell, module, and pack level Develop and execute HIL test setups for BMS and ECU validation Conduct cell‑level testing including performance, lifecycle, and safety validation Perform environmental testing (thermal, vibration, humidity, shock) Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation reports Analyze test data and identify issues, root causes, and improvements Work with tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape, LabVIEW, MATLAB/Simulink Support system integration, debugging, and troubleshooting activities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (hardware, software, systems) #J-18808-Ljbffr
