With an established presence in Mexico and ambitious expansion plans, the company is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to drive franchise growth and support the opening of more than 65 studios throughout the Mexican market. This role is ideal for a highly motivated business development professional who thrives in relationship-driven sales environments and has experience identifying, qualifying, and converting franchise prospects. Position Overview The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for expanding the company's franchise footprint by identifying and cultivating relationships with qualified franchise candidates, investors, and multi-unit operators. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, franchise expos, and networking functions while managing the franchise sales process from initial contact through franchise agreement execution. Key Responsibilities Drive franchise sales and expansion initiatives throughout Mexico. Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with prospective franchisees and investors. Manage the franchise development pipeline and track opportunities through the sales cycle. Attend franchise expos, industry conferences, networking events, and business development meetings. Conduct presentations and discovery meetings with prospective franchise partners. Evaluate franchise candidates based on financial qualifications, business experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with executive leadership to execute growth strategies and market expansion plans. Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reporting. Develop partnerships within the franchise, fitness, retail, and business communities. Support the achievement of aggressive studio growth targets across Mexico. Required Qualifications Professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal). Valid U.S. Visa and ability to travel internationally. 5+ years of experience in franchise development, franchise sales, business development, membership sales, or related growth-focused roles. Strong experience building relationships with investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs. Proven track record of achieving sales, development, or expansion goals. Experience managing a consultative sales process with high-value prospects. Willingness to travel extensively for events, meetings, and franchise development activities.
