Dirige la* instalación y relocalización de equipo.* Es responsable de la asignación de la mano de obra dentro de su área de control.* Cuenta con alto sentido de urgencia para establecer prioridades.* Supervisa los trabajos de mantenimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de los* requisitos de calidad y producto en coordinación con las distintas áreas* operacionales.* Capacita a los técnicos de mantenimiento en la operación e intervención de equipo* de manufactura.* Desarrolla listados de refacciones críticas, analizando la taxonomía y estructura del* equipo de manufactura y servicios.* Es responsable de que su equipo de trabajo siga los lineamientos de seguridad y* salud en el trabajo.* Verifica la correcta redacción de los reportes de actividades de mantenimiento* durante su turno.* Asegura el orden y limpieza en las áreas asignadas.* Asegura el arranque exitoso de cada turno de producción.### Power your career as you power the world.Vishay helps the world’s most in-demand technologies come to life.
