KOSMOS specialises in cost, risk & carbon management in the construction industry, providing cost management advice from Copenhagen, Ireland, and London. We consider ourselves Digital QS and are fully focused on delivering projects digitally. ABOUT YOU Qualified Quantity Surveyor or Construction Professional with +7 years of experience. Client‑facing consultancy experience. Experience in pre‑contract cost management. Familiar with the design stage of projects. Self‑motivated, willing to take responsibility. Ability to lead a team and work to tight deadlines. Experience on projects of value greater than €50m. Interest in digitisation & BIM. Fluent in English and Spanish. WHAT YOU WILL DO Work closely with partners to develop their international business. Manage the commercial process during design stages with customers. Develop cost estimates during the design process. Liaise with the design team to manage design development to budget. Use digital tools for quantitative output and cost estimating. Support clients and stakeholders in decision making. Commercialise changes to keep all change items aligned. Act as an integrated member of the BIM process and advise on 5D. Collaborate with other KOSMOS specialists on LCC & LCA. Contribute to KOSMOS development through client relationship management. Act as the brand face for KOSMOS, promoting strategy and values.
