Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the full suite of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune Administer user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions using Azure Active Directory and PowerShell Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability Configure and enforce security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP) Document procedures, configurations, and best practices Provide Tier 2 End user support for All of the Office 365 Suite of Collaborations applications Required Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation Deep understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive Experience with Entra AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Familiarity with compliance tools like eDiscovery, retention policies, and audit logs Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Bonus Skills Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem Exchange or AD) Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management Familiarity with third‑party M365 management tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
