About the Role We are looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Ecommerce Specialist to support the day‑to‑day execution of the company’s ecommerce operations. This is a highly execution‑focused role centered around Shopify website management and Klaviyo email marketing , with a strong emphasis on content updates, SEO optimization, and campaign execution. You will work closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless and high‑performing online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Website Management (Shopify) Manage day‑to‑day updates on the Shopify website Edit and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) Update homepage content and merchandising elements Ensure site accuracy, functionality, and user experience Create and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo Execute lifecycle campaigns (email & SMS) Build and manage email content aligned with marketing initiatives SEO & Content Optimization Audit blog content and implement SEO improvements Add and optimize SEO titles and meta descriptions Improve on‑site discoverability and content performance Ecommerce Execution & Support Support ongoing website and campaign updates Ensure consistency across website and marketing channels Assist with merchandising and product visibility improvements Tools & Systems Shopify Microsoft Office Suite You will work closely with: Ecommerce Manager Marketing Manager Social Media Team Requirements 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or similar Hands‑on experience with Shopify (must‑have) Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms (must‑have) Experience in DTC (Direct‑to‑Consumer) environments Strong attention to detail and execution skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Advanced English level (C1–C2) Preferred Qualifications Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale or Google Analytics Exposure to marketplaces such as Walmart or Target Experience with TikTok Shop or similar channels Why This Role This is a new role created to support the increasing workload across ecommerce operations, particularly around website management and email execution .
