A startup company is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support its operations across Mexico. What You’ll Do Onboarding & Offboarding : Coordinate smooth employee transitions, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance. Employee Relations : Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, employee concerns, and workplace best practices. Compensation & Benefits Support : Assist with local payroll benchmarking, benefit administration, and salary change tracking. Performance & Development : Support implementation of company-wide performance review cycles and training initiatives. Compliance & Documentation : Ensure HR files, contracts, and policies are accurate, updated, and aligned with local labor laws. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with People Ops, Finance, and Legal teams on a range of projects and employee initiatives. Who You Are You bring 3+ years of HR experience , ideally in fast-paced or multinational environments. You are fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) and comfortable working across cultures. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—someone who can manage multiple tasks without letting anything fall through the cracks.
