Core Responsibilities First-Touch Intake: Act as the professional and personable voice of the company for all inbound inquiries. You will manage the Client Intake process with empathy and charisma. Bilingual Communication: Provide seamless support in both English and Spanish , ensuring all callers feel heard and understood. Executive Gap Management: Take ownership of routine administrative tasks and data entry to free up senior leadership for high-impact growth. Office & Team Liaison: Collaborate in real-time with on-site office staff to manage complex scheduling and cross-departmental tasks. Process Optimization: Maintain excellence in your core duties while identifying ways to improve the customer journey and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Language Mastery: 100% Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory (written and verbal).
