The freelancer must speak Spanish fluently (100%) to train our team and document processes in Spanish. Key Responsibilities Configure and customize Salesforce Pro Suite according to our business and operational needs. Migrate existing data and ensure data integrity. Integrate Salesforce with our other tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business, internal systems, external platforms). Set up workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom reports. Train our team in Spanish and provide complete process documentation. Recommend and implement best practices to maximize adoption and ROI. Candidate Requirements Proven experience implementing Salesforce (ideally Pro Suite). Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and automations. Experience integrating APIs and messaging/CRM tools. Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish. Ability to work independently and deliver results within set deadlines.
