Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle ). Integrate with modern frontends in Angular . Deploy to hybrid environments (Windows, Linux, AWS/Azure ) using Docker and Kubernetes . Implement modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring . What we’re looking for 8+ years of professional experience in .NET Core / C# development. Strong expertise in relational databases and advanced query optimization. Hands-on experience with hybrid and cloud deployments. Product-first ownership mindset : full accountability from code to production. Nice to have: prior experience in health-tech startups or corporate spin-offs .
