Role Overview Kiewit Mexico is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide deskside and remote support to employees, subsidiaries, partners, and contractors. The role supports implementing Kiewit Technology Group policies and procedures. What You Will Do Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems and equipment, provide support to end-users, administer user accounts, and monitor network systems. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 3+ years of experience in IT support, and excellent customer service skills.
