Job Title Virtual Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Location Fully Remote, Mexico Salary $3.00 – $6.00 per hour based on experience. Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Job Type Full-Time Job Description As a Virtual Assistant, you will support the day‑to‑day operations of our bilingual English‑Spanish clients, including email and calendar management and other ad‑hoc administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail. Requirements At least one year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal). Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems and database management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal communication skills, clear and empathetic speaking. Ability to handle calls while maintaining quality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Manage the client’s calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled accurately. Answer and manage incoming calls and emails. Keep documents organized and maintain accurate records of contact information. Send timely reminders to the client about upcoming appointments and meetings. Handle ad‑hoc tasks and stay on top of urgent tasks as they arise. Perform additional duties as required to support the client efficiently. Track to‑dos, monitor project tasks, and ensure everything is up‑to‑date. Support scheduling needs, arrange travel, and manage itineraries. Candidate Attributes Excellent English communication skills. Ability to complete projects in a timely manner and quickly adjust to changing circumstances and embrace new technologies, processes, or methods. Great logical and verbal reasoning skills. Willing to undergo background verification during final hiring stages.
