At Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join a project focused on logistics coordination, equipment tracking, document control, and operational support within automotive manufacturing and program launch activities. This position requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of working in fast‑paced environments while collaborating with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, carriers, and international partners. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of specialized experience in logistics. Conversational English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. Self‑guided, proactive, and dynamic professional. Strong problem‑solving abilities. Responsible and organized. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong follow‑up and attention to detail. Knowledge of Incoterms and different shipment methods: Land shipments Air shipments Sea shipments Tasks & Responsibilities Track project schedules, identifying risks, gaps, and timing changes. Monitor equipment and machinery status from vendor runoff through in‑plant capability. Generate tracking reports and progress metrics. Support the resolution of logistics and timing‑related issues. Manage and track machinery shipments. Prepare and manage documentation for import and export operations. Work directly with suppliers to collect required documentation and information. Coordinate and communicate with different carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers. Maintain inventory control and access tracking (MTO follow‑up). Participate in follow‑up meetings and actively support the project team. Support administrative activities, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Develop dashboards, automations, and tracking tools using Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate. Ensure document control and proper version management of deliverables.
