Senior Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM) Responsibilities Develop and manage long‑term partnerships with assigned key accounts to drive sales and gross profit performance. Coordinate the overall execution of the business plan, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market trends. Serve as the primary BFM point of contact and orchestrate cross‑functional resources to deliver solutions that meet customer needs. Lead contract negotiations and develop account business plans that meet strategic objectives and respond to market changes. Elaborate and present executive business summaries, including business results, market data, financial outcomes, and operational issues. Collaborate with internal teams (KSH, finance, marketing, field sales) to identify and implement new business opportunities. Track market trends, conduct market visits, and identify opportunities for business expansion. Forecast sales volume, manage sales volume forecasting, and anticipate demand. Assist with high‑severity requests or issue escalations; communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives across stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal partners, unifying efforts to improve effectiveness. Manage account KPIs, provide coaching, and develop action plans for each account. Oversee order call tracking, financial tools management, and collaborate with supply chain for order fill‑rate compliance. Track competitor promotions, manage billing, accounts payable, invoicing issues, and resolve escalations. Balance promotional activities across retailer development accounts. Qualifications Education: Business, Marketing, or Financial Degree (economics–administrative areas). Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position within modern channels (Walmart, Costco, supermarkets) with FMCG companies. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Financial knowledge, proficiency with Office, Retail Link, Nielsen, ScanTRack; English language skills.
