Equipment Engineer you must be able to evaluate, inspect, maintain, design, analyze, and improve various types of equipment, including electronic and mechanical equipment, ensuring their optimal performance. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located at our offices in Guadalupe, NL. Requirements Bachelors’ degree in Sofware, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Computer, Automation & Control or Industrial Engineer, or related field. 3+ years' experience in Industrial Maintenance, Instrumentation or Manufacturing Robots and Staff Managing. Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and automated systems. Develop, test, and implement software solutions for equipment control and process automation. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime. Analyze equipment data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Create and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and equipment specifications. Qualifications and Skills Advanced English level. PLC Programming: Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), Function Block Diagram (FBD). HMI/SCADA Development: WinCC, FactoryTalk, Ignition. Programming Languages: Python, C/C++, C#, Java, SQL. Scripting: VBA, PowerShell, Bash. Database Management: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle. Data Analysis Tools: MATLAB, LabVIEW. Version Control: Git, SVN. CAD/CAE Software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks (basic knowledge). Microsoft Office Suite & Excel VBA for reporting and automation.
