Project Manager - Environment As Project Manager in the Department of Environment, you will oversee projects from conception to execution, coordinate resources, maintain schedules, ensure quality, and foster effective communication across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Assist in the comprehensive management of environment and theming projects from conception to execution. Coordinate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to meet project objectives. Facilitate effective communication among multidisciplinary teams and departments. Develop and maintain detailed schedules, manage budgets, and make necessary adjustments. Prepare essential documentation, progress reports, and contribute to planning meetings. Resolve challenges that arise during the project, ensuring efficiency and quality of work. Qualifications Licenciatura (Bachelor’s) in Design Production, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Scenography, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience in project management, preferably in environments related to production design, scenography, or construction. Knowledge of production design and scenography principles. Proficiency in project management tools: ClickUp, Trello, Monday, etc. Intermediate level in AutoCAD, SketchUp. Strong planning, organization, coordination, and management skills. Ability to read and interpret plans and technical documents. Proactive attitude and excellent communication and leadership skills. Benefits & Compensation Legal benefits from day one. Full‑time position. Salary ranging from 18,000 MXN to 25,000 MXN per month. Regular work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Option of a 10‑hour shift. On‑site work at Col.
