In this role, you will provide operational support for critical production systems, respond to incidents under defined SLAs, and collaborate with cross-functional infrastructure teams to deliver reliable IT services.You will work hands-on with enterprise Linux platforms, performing system administration, troubleshooting, patching, and performance monitoring.
