In this role, you’ll own meaningful areas of the product, contribute across the stack, and collaborate closely with senior engineers to grow your technical depth and influence engineering decisions. What You’ll Do Design & Plan: Collaborate with senior engineers and product partners to break down features and contribute to technical designs. Build Software: Develop services, APIs, UI components, and data integrations using modern engineering practices. AI-Led Development: Use AI tools to accelerate design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Quality & Testing: Write automated tests and ensure work meets acceptance criteria and reliability standards. Operational Excellence: Add logging, metrics, and monitoring; help maintain system health. CI/CD & Deployment: Participate in fast, automated build and release processes. Support & On-Call: Assist with troubleshooting and occasional on-call rotations with guidance. Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
