What will you do? Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.). Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems. Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs). Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates. Collaborate closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams. What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Strong organizational and time management skills. Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint preferred). Strong communication skills. Availability to work 100% onsite.
