Responsibilities The Paid Search Senior Strategist owns the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. You will service enterprise-level accounts and demonstrate mastery of Paid Search advertising. You are comfortable working under pressure, handling client questions, challenges, roadblocks, and account issues. You will apply cross-channel strategy understanding and show how Paid Search fits into the broader media mix. Enterprise-level account campaign management, including daily optimizations, campaign creation, and high-level strategy ownership Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific sources of truth (e.g., GA, Shopify) Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to expand channel knowledge Continuously seek to improve campaign performance against client goals Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal teams and assigned clients Utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow where possible Contribute to the development of new department training materials Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department Role Requirements Ideally 3-4 years of digital marketing experience; 2+ years in an agency setting Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including campaign development and optimization (bid management, keyword research, ad copy) on large, enterprise-level accounts Experience with 3 or more of these campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Bing Ads Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Proficiency in Google Analytics Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s role in the marketing funnel Ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell a data-informed story Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) $13.5k team-member EBITDA Maintain below 10% client churn rate 4-6 complex/large accounts in the top 100 of the agency Most Important Things (MITs) Excellence in channel production and account performance Cross-channel collaboration Internal communication Diversity and inclusion are core to Power Digital’s success.
