About The Role As a Scheduler Planner , you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules and material planning activities to ensure customer requirements are met on time. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational continuity by proactively managing production plans, monitoring material availability, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to minimize disruptions in the manufacturing process. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain weekly production schedules based on RC requirements and customer demand. Monitor material availability and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and shipments. Adjust production schedules proactively to mitigate material shortages, delays, or demand changes. Compile and maintain production reports to identify operational risks, shortages, and performance issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, production, customer service, and suppliers to support operational goals and meet production timelines. Requirements We are looking for people who are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If this is you, get in touch. As a Minimum You Must Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in logistics, production planning, scheduling, or supply chain operations. Knowledge of SAP related to logistics, scheduling, or production planning. Conversational English proficiency. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Knowledge of inventory control, material planning, and supply chain processes.
