We are looking for a DeltaV Automation Engineer to join a highly technical team supporting biotech and life sciences manufacturing operations. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of hands on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS Strong experience configuring, programming, and troubleshooting DeltaV systems Experience implementing ISA-88 batch automation solutions, including recipes, phases, equipment modules, and control modules Experience supporting automation projects through design, testing, commissioning, qualification, and startup Knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5 , and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements Experience with system validation documentation (URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, FAT, SAT) Experience integrating DeltaV with PLCs, MES, Historians, and third-party manufacturing systems Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills What You'll Do: • Design, configure, and maintain Emerson DeltaV DCS and Batch Automation systems • Develop and modify control modules, equipment modules, phase logic, recipes, and HMI graphics • Implement ISA-88 compliant batch automation solutions • Support projects from requirements gathering through commissioning and startup • Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing process control systems • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Validation, Quality, Engineering, and IT teams • Support system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure compliant and reliable operations within GMP-regulated environments Location: Mexico and Brazil Type: Contractor 100% remote.
