Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations to ensure compliance with the manufacturing schedule. Drive performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and Cost (SQDCP) metrics. Effectively manage production personnel, equipment, and material resources. Oversee SMT, manual insertion, final assembly, inspection, and functional testing processes. Ensure compliance with manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures. Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse departments to meet customer delivery commitments. Monitor and continuously improve production line efficiency and productivity. Implement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, downtime, and operational costs. Lead daily production meetings and KPI review sessions. Develop, coach, and train supervisors and operational leaders. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production transfer activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to medical device manufacturing. Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with Engineering and Maintenance teams. Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Lead investigations and corrective actions related to production deviations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, accountability, and teamwork. Experience Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Manager or Senior Production Supervisor. Strong experience with SMT, PCBA, and electronic assembly processes. Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing environments preferred. Experience managing direct labor and multiple production shifts.
