Senior Financial Analyst I Location: Onsite – primarily working from an HPE office (customizable). Overview Join Hewlett Packard Enterprise, a global edge‑to‑cloud company, to partner with business functions and support capital strategy, ensuring maximum return on investment. Responsibilities Partner with businesses to support capital strategies and secure investment returns. Gather financial data and conduct analysis and reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, pricing). Drive forecasting (weekly, monthly, long‑term) and align with business and corporate objectives. Communicate adherence to GAAP and organizational financial goals. Represent financial results accurately internally and externally. Ensure strong business controls and process improvement. Lead cross‑functional initiatives and mentor finance analysts. Represent business units in cross‑regional planning. Qualifications & Experience First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred. Typically 6+ years of experience as a financial analyst across multiple finance functions. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. Strong analytical, business application (Excel), communication, influencing, teamwork, business acumen, and project management skills. Education Required University degree with focus in business or economics. Advanced degree or accounting certification preferred.
