Responsibilities Proactively identify client needs and market challenges through business development calls across Mexico and LATAM. Establish contact with decision-makers from potential clients to explore collaboration opportunities. Effectively communicate and present the company's products and innovative solutions, tailoring them to meet specific market and client needs. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs within the assigned region. Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Bachelor's degree (preferably in relevant fields). Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Media, Ad‑Tech, Market Research, or data‑driven industries. Proven sales experience (B2B market experience is a plus). Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory/non‑negotiable). Interest in technological innovation and market dynamics. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Responsible, proactive, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement. Essential to reside in Cancun. We Offer Salary + commission.
