Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The main responsibilities for this position are: Improve maintenance plans thru work planning and control, using TPM techniques such as ACPD, OMM, and WPC. Deployment and Management of the system standards established by the company. Assist to Value Stream management in development of planned programs, ensures the compliance and execution of standards as well as ensures controls plant wide. Provide strong technical support for the value streams and at the same time a guiding hand for process standards. Active participation in meetings with lead plants Coaching and knowledge deployment to the VS-engineers (QTD and OMM) May serve as a coach / mentor to others. Qualifications TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic). Leadership in Maintenance & Reliability Advanced Asset Management & Reliability Engineering (OMM – ACPD –WPC) Strong Data Analytics & Statistical Control Projects & Procurement knowledge (Project management) strong knowledge of indicators & calculation methods (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Tech Av. ) knowledge asset management. Knowledge of failure analysis (RCA, FMEA, criticality analysis, PSS). Knowledge of predictive analytics tools and condition-based maintenance.
