We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Sales Support Analyst. This role will play a key part in supporting commercial operations by reviewing and validating incoming deals, ensuring pricing accuracy, and collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management (PM), and Category teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective communication are essential. Key Responsibilities Review and validate incoming commercial deals and pricing requests. Conduct pricing, profitability, and margin analysis to support business decisions. Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and approval processes. Escalate exceptions, risks, or margin concerns to Product Managers when required. Maintain accurate pricing information and support pricing governance initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, PM, and Category teams to ensure timely deal processing and resolution. Provide analytical insights and reporting to support margin optimization and business performance. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing and sales operations. Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in Sales Support, Pricing, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or related areas. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience working with pricing validation, margin analysis, or deal review processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally in a collaborative environment. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Intermediate to advanced English level. Preferred Skills Experience supporting Sales or Commercial teams. Knowledge of pricing policies and approval workflows. Exposure to reporting and data analysis tools is a plus.
