What You’ll Be Doing Your role will be central to delivering stable, compliant, and accurate payroll. You will blend deep technical expertise with a proactive, service-oriented mindset to solve complex challenges. Own the end-to-end payroll process for our ~5,200 employees in theU.S. and Canada , ensuring timely and accurate delivery as part of a collaborative team. Act as a key investigator for payroll inquiries, usingServiceNow to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex issues at their source. Partner closely withHR, Finance, and managers across North America to validate data, troubleshoot variances inUKG , and resolve escalations effectively. Serve as a subject matter expert onNorth America payroll regulations , ensuring every cycle is processed in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Provide high-quality customer service, communicating directly with stakeholders to answer questions clearly and ensure issues are resolved professionally. What We're Looking For We are looking for a detail-oriented payroll professional with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for accuracy. The ideal candidate will have the following profile: Proven experience withend-to-end payroll processing in North America (U.S. and/or Canada ). Solid understanding ofpayroll compliance and regulations for both federal and state/provincial levels. Hands-on experience with payroll systems (UKG and ServiceNow are highly preferred). Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills , with a talent for root cause analysis and a high degree of accuracy. A customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in English.
