The Supply Chain Transformation Lead is responsible for driving business transformation initiatives across Supply Chain functions through process optimization, technology enablement, and organizational change management. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping identify improvement opportunities, redesign processes, and accelerate digital adoption across warehousing, transportation, inventory, and procurement-related functions. We are looking for a corporate entrepreneur who proactively identifies opportunities, challenges the status quo, and drives meaningful business outcomes Key Responsibilities Business Process Transformation Lead process discovery, documentation, analysis, and redesign initiatives across Supply Chain functions. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and business process assessments. Develop current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process maps. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement and automation. Support the development of business cases and transformation roadmaps. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. SAP Supply Chain Enablement Support initiatives involving SAP Transportation Management (TM) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Participate in testing, user acceptance activities, training, and deployment efforts. Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote best practices and process standardization. Digital Transformation & AI Adoption Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, analytics, and automation technologies within Supply Chain operations. Evaluate and propose innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making. Promote adoption of AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and business performance. Stay current on emerging technologies and industry best practices. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with business leaders and operational teams. Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Communicate complex concepts in a clear, concise, and business-oriented manner. Support organizational change initiatives and user adoption efforts. Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leaders and business partners. Required Qualifications Education Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration Information Systems Operations Management Or related fields Experience 3–7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, or related areas. Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and business process assessments. Experience documenting and redesigning business processes. Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments. Experience participating in transformation or technology-enabled business initiatives. Required Technical Skills SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) – Intermediate level. Business Process Mapping and Documentation. Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis. Process Design and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Advanced English proficiency. Microsoft Office Suite.
