We are seeking a highly capable Contracts Specialist / Legal Counsel to strengthen our team with more senior-level talent. This role is focused on elevating the quality of contract management and negotiation, with an emphasis on complex, client-facing engagements across international contexts. Responsibilities and Duties Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in English Conduct detailed contract analysis and provide risk-based recommendations Lead redlining processes and manage contract revisions with internal and external stakeholders Engage directly with clients in contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, procurement, and business team Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across jurisdictions Required Skills/Abilities Ability to read and understand highly complex contractual language to identify and flag client risks and suggest mitigation as per the client’s playbook Proficient in speaking and writing English Customer service experience – effective communication skills and the ability to articulate issues sophisticatedly to clients Knowledge of contract management tools and proficiency in MS Office Education and Experience 3 to 6 years of professional experience in similar roles Experience within multinational companies Experience in Manufacturing or Healthcare industries #J-18808-Ljbffr
