Impact & Ownership Full P&L of the U.S. market on Amazon US, Walmart US, and TikTok Shop Revenue growth, margin, and channel performance across all U.S. platforms Scalable e‑commerce structure built to expand into new U.S. marketplaces Lead the PPC Specialist and e‑commerce Analyst US Responsibilities Commercial Strategy & Performance Own revenue, GMV, and margin across all U.S. channels Define and execute commercial strategy: pricing, promotions, and catalog management Monitor weekly performance vs budget and move fast when correction is needed Amazon US Ownership Lead the Amazon US strategy for Seller and/or Vendor operations Manage relationships with Amazon account managers: negotiations, placements, events Define Amazon Ads strategy in collaboration with the PPC Specialist Build a scalable, replicable ads model across the account Plan and execute promotions: coupons, bundles, Lightning Deals Own launch plans for new products in the U.S. listings, inventory, reviews, paid media Lead post‑launch reviews and optimize relentlessly Ads & Performance Marketing Define the Amazon Ads strategy in collaboration with the PPC Specialist Ensure a scalable and replicable ads model across the account Team Leadership Lead and develop the PPC Specialist and e‑commerce Analyst US Oversee integrations across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, and internal systems Identify and develop new marketplace opportunities in the U.S. and beyond Operations & Expansion Oversee integrations across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok, and internal systems Identify and develop new marketplace opportunities in the U.S. Ensure operational continuity while transitioning ownership from the Mexico team Requirements 4+ years directly operating Amazon accounts — not managing teams or agencies Proven experience with Amazon US, not only Mexico Hands‑on with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central Track record of owning P&L and revenue performance Experience launching products on Amazon with measurable results Advanced English for U.S. platforms and account managers Strong commercial mindset: drive revenue and margin, not just metrics Deep understanding of U.S. marketplace dynamics Strategic understanding of Amazon Ads: TACOS, performance drivers, scaling Analytical and data‑driven – decisions based on numbers Can lead cross‑functional teams and operate with full autonomy Skills & Competencies Advanced English Strong commercial mindset Deep understanding of U.S. marketplace dynamics Strategic understanding of Amazon Ads Analytical and data‑driven decision making Leadership of cross‑functional teams Full autonomy in operation Nice to Have Experience with Walmart Connect or Target+ Familiarity with TikTok Shop Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce operations Birdman is an equal‑opportunity employer.
