Role Responsibilities: Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through full production ramp‑up. Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering) to ensure successful product launches. Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for new products. Support pilot builds, PFMEA, control plans, and production readiness reviews. Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, quality, delivery, and manufacturability during NPI phases. Utilize 3D design tools to support fixture, tooling, and layout concepts during NPI phases. Role Purpose: Ensure smooth and timely introduction of new products into manufacturing while meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Act as the technical link between product design and manufacturing operations. Reduce launch risks, stabilize processes early, and accelerate time‑to‑market for new programs. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing engineering, or industrialization in a production environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, PFMEA, control plans, and continuous improvement tools. Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead technical discussions with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD or similar) for tooling, fixtures, and layout support.
