Logistics Analyst You will be responsible for supporting the coordination and monitoring of international drop shipment operations across Central America and Caribbean. You will serve as a key control point between suppliers, customers, carriers, and logistics partners, ensuring end-to-end visibility and consistent follow-up of ocean freight shipments. You will play a critical role in aligning all stakeholders and ensuring shipments move according to plan. This position requires a proactive, highly organized, and resilient professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain clear communication across parties, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced logistics environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor international drop shipments across Asia, South America, North America, and Europe, ensuring bookings are confirmed, timelines are met, and issues are escalated when needed. Track containers and key milestones (departure, transshipment, arrival, release) while maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date shipment visibility and flagging risks or delays. Support ocean freight operations by monitoring execution from suppliers, customers, and logistics partners, and developing knowledge of routes, carriers, and regional port operations. Review and help ensure completeness and timeliness of shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin for Mexico and Central America. Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers to provide updates and help resolve operational issues such as delays or missing documentation. Support reporting and analysis on shipment volumes, transit times, routing, and performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate shipment data in tracking systems and use Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting. As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field. Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role (internships are considered valuable experience). Basic understanding of ocean freight processes, including shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin, as well as general international trade flows. Intermediate Excel skills preferred, including the use of basic formulas, filters, and ideally pivot tables for data analysis. Working proficiency in English. Location You will be based at the Mexico City LA, located in Tlanepantla.
