Your Role The Program Manager owns full lifecycle program responsibility, including strategy development, profitability management, customer engagement, and cross‑functional leadership. This role drives execution across complex and multi‑customer programs, ensuring flawless launches and strong commercial, technical, and operational performance. Senior Program Managers mentor Program Managers and provide elevated oversight on high‑risk or high‑visibility launches. Responsibilities Serve as the holistic program lifecycle owner, driving strategy, execution, profitability, and cross‑functional alignment. Lead multiple complex programs concurrently, often with multiple customers or advanced technologies. Represent the organization as the primary customer escalation and communication point. Drive appropriate reviews, program governance routines, and executive‑level escalations. Support financial performance, including margin targets, appropriation approvals, and cost management. Ensure flawless execution of product launches, with strong emphasis on quality and timing. Oversee risk identification, prioritization, and mitigation activities; remove roadblocks for program teams. Build strong customer relationships and understand customer technology roadmaps. Support new business development activities and contribute to quoting, feasibility, and technical reviews. Mentor and develop Program Managers across the organization. Must Haves (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field. 5+ years of program management experience, with demonstrated success leading complex programs. Leadership experience working with engineering, manufacturing, or product development teams. Experience with OEM processes, development cycles, and customer‑specific requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, lifecycle management tools, and risk management frameworks. Strong negotiation, conflict management, and executive communication abilities. Experience with high‑voltage systems, advanced electronics, connection systems, or automotive‑grade components. Proven track record of delivering programs on time and within specifications.
