Warehouse Manager Location: Cd. Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico Department: Warehouse Position Summary Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping of materials and finished goods. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international business environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, results-driven, and able to communicate clearly with both operational teams and senior management. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage all warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams, ensuring high performance and strong engagement Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries Monitor inventory accuracy and implement effective inventory control processes Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with international company standards Communicate warehouse performance, KPIs, and improvement plans to management Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, space utilization, and customer satisfaction Act as a key point of contact for internal customers and cross-functional teams Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred) Master degree is a plus Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role Previous experience working in an international company or multinational environment is required Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) Strong organizational and planning skills Proven ability to manage, lead, and develop teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with management
