Global manufacturing company seeks hands‑on Accounting Manager Lead US GAAP, SOX, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Sobre nuestro cliente Global manufacturing company Descripción Lead the full accounting function Ensure compliance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies Implement and strengthen SOX/internal controls framework Own the month‑end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to U.S. corporate teams Enhance the level of financial analysis beyond transactional accounting Establish and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation Partner cross‑functionally with plant operations, manufacturing, and corporate finance Supervise and develop a small accounting team (2 direct reports) Perfil buscado Technical Requirements Advanced English proficiency (frequent interaction with U.S. headquarters) Strong experience with: US GAAP SOX compliance and internal controls Hands‑on accounting (journal entries, reconciliations, month‑end close, reporting) Experience in manufacturing environments (preferably maquila or electrical industry) is highly desirable Previous experience working with U.S. companies or multinational environments Proven ability to build and structure accounting processes in a growing organization Soft Skills & Profile Highly hands‑on and operational; willing to execute, not just review Practical, solution‑oriented, and proactive Strong focus on process improvement and control High level of accountability, clarity, and compliance orientation Comfortable operating in an international / corporate environment Qué Ofrecemos Benefits above the law #J-18808-Ljbffr
