The company operates within the “quiet luxury” and sustainable living space, with a strong focus on elevated branding, storytelling, experiential marketing, and long-term brand growth. The Founder, is an accomplished wine professional, expert authority, and award-winning author. The ideal candidate must be capable of supporting a highly curated luxury brand while maintaining polished communication, operational organization, and strong brand alignment across all channels. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Growth Manager to support e-commerce growth, marketing operations, wholesale outreach, and digital brand management. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can combine creativity with operational execution. The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing projects while collaborating directly with the Founder. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce & Shopify Management Manage and update Shopify product listings, collections, blog entries, and product information Monitor Shopify analytics, customer behavior, and sales performance Generate monthly Shopify performance reports and insights Support website optimization and overall e-commerce growth initiatives Assist with Faire marketplace setup and ma Manage Klaviyo email campaigns, flows, and audience segmentation Create and schedule weekly e-blast campaigns Develop email calendar planning in coordination with the Founder Support cart recovery flows, founder storytelling campaigns, and seasonal promotions Maintain and optimize customer lists and automation workflows Social Media & Content Operations Create and manage 2-month social media calendars using Planoly Coordinate content scheduling and posting across Instagram and LinkedIn Support daily engagement through stories, comments, DMs, and community interaction Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano Banana, and Canva for content and creative development Assist with visual content creation, promotional materials, and product storytelling Maintain brand voice and “quiet luxury” positioning across all platforms Pinterest & Brand Visibility Develop and manage Pinterest strategy using SEO-focused methodologies Create strategic Pinterest boards to support product discovery and website traffic Support long-term organic growth through Pinterest search visibility Wholesale Outreach & Lead Generation Research and identify potential wholesale, retail, gifting, and trade partnership opportunities Conduct initial outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and direct communication Assist with presentation decks, wholesale materials, and promotional sheets Maintain outreach tracking systems and lead organization Operations & Marketing Coordination Help build organizational systems within Notion and other operational platforms Assist with tracking marketing performance, outreach efforts, and ad performance Coordinate with the Founder on planning, campaign execution, and special projects Support Meta and/or Google Ads coordination and creative development Assist with administrative and operational support tasks as needed Must-Have Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles Strong Shopify experience required Strong Klaviyo experience required Experience managing social media calendars and content scheduling Experience using AI tools for content and creative support Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and adapt within a startup environment Professional and polished communication style Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems Experience creating presentations, decks, and marketing materials Nice-to-Have Qualifications Startup or entrepreneurial brand experience Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, wellness, or consumer brands Pinterest strategy and SEO experience Familiarity with Faire marketplace operations Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads Experience with Notion or project management systems Understanding of wholesale outreach and B2B relationship development Interest in sustainable brands, luxury home products, wine, or heritage storytelling #J-18808-Ljbffr
