Job Overview Supports the managers in directing, coordinating, and supporting daily shift activities for skilled trade employees, including facility and manufacturing equipment on assigned shifts. Job Requirements Identifying areas of improvement, planning and implementing processes that enable cost savings, and helping the team implement industry-wide best practices. Gathering, relating, and analyzing data to evaluate operational efficiency and recommending improvements based on evaluation results. Troubleshooting the manufacturing processes, providing technical support for the production processes, and collaborating with multiple divisions to maintain the continuous workflow of the unit. Identifying the training needs of the employees, conducting training to enhance skills, providing effective direction, and supporting the achievement of goals and targets related to production. What your background should look like Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related work experience. Requires completion of high school. Vocational training or an AA degree is preferred.
