About the Role As part of our Liquid Logistics Solutions (LLS) team, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process and partnering closely with Account Executives to drive business success. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in logistics and sales support. What You’ll Do Support the sales team by preparing quotes for international trade lanes, including spot rates, tenders, and rate matrices, in collaboration with Account Executives Generate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports Assist in identifying new leads and optimizing the sales process Create professional presentations for client proposals and meetings Manage inbound calls, route inquiries, and maintain clear communication Enter and maintain accurate data in internal databases and CRM (Sugar) Help manage and strengthen client relationships across OEC Group’s portfolio Schedule and confirm client and internal appointments Collaborate with Operations teams to resolve rate discrepancies or explore alternative solutions Bachelor’s degree in International Business or equivalent experience (recent graduates are welcome!)
