Profile/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar financial role. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams English is required , Chinese is a plus Main Responsibilities: Cost Accounting & Analysis : Calculate, analyze, and report on manufacturing costs, including direct labor, materials, and overhead. Conduct thorough variance analysis to explain discrepancies between standard and actual costs. Financial Reporting & Month‑End Close : Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly financial statements and ensure a timely month‑end close process. Prepare detailed cost analysis and profitability reports for management. Develop and maintain cost models to identify areas for cost reduction and optimization. Budgeting & Forecasting : Contribute to the development of annual production budgets and forecasts. Monitor ongoing actual performance against budget and provide insightful commentary. Contribute to the creation of budgets for production costs and monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts. Inventory Management & Control : Oversee inventory transactions, ensure inventory valuation accuracy, and lead/participate in regular physical inventory counts and audits. Process Improvement : Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Production, Supply Chain) to identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives and process streamlining opportunities. Assist in financial analysis and forecasting related to production costs. Compliance : Ensure all accounting practices and financial reporting comply with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
